Return & Refund Policy

At MediaCorp, we strive to deliver high-quality services. Due to the nature of our work, refunds are subject to the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Refunds
   • If a project is canceled before work begins, a full refund will be issued.
   • Once work has started, refunds will be prorated based on completed work.
   • Completed projects or delivered services are non-refundable.
2. Revisions & Modifications
   • Clients are entitled to revisions within the agreed scope.
   • Additional modifications beyond the scope may incur extra charges.
3. Service Issues
   • If the delivered work does not meet the agreed specifications, we will make reasonable efforts to correct it.
   • If issues cannot be resolved, a partial refund may be considered.
4. Processing Refunds
   • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.
   • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
